5Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) & DNC Compliance

FlareDial provides tools to help customers comply with the TCPA and National Do Not Call Registry. However, compliance with applicable telemarketing laws is ultimately the customer's responsibility. You must obtain proper consent before initiating calls to consumers, maintain your own DNC lists, and ensure campaigns comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. FlareDial is not liable for violations resulting from your use of our platform.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, firewalled infrastructure, access controls, and regular security audits. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after termination for offboarding purposes. Call logs and usage statistics are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by the customer.
